The first edition of the Lucart Professional Academy, developed in collaboration with the University of Pisa – Insight Lab, has successfully concluded, confirming the strategic value of continuous training for the AFH (Away From Home) sector.
Guided by the claim “The Power of Learning,” the Academy represents a long-standing partnership between Lucart Professional and the University of Pisa, continuously evolving to address the challenges of an increasingly complex market.
Hosted within the historic facilities of the University of Pisa and delivered by highly qualified professors, the program offered a balanced mix of academic rigor and practical business application. Participants deepened their knowledge in key areas such as Strategic Marketing, Sales Management and Costing and Pricing, with a specific focus on a concrete operational support for the business management.
LAN Participation
This new edition also highlighted the strong involvement of the Lucart Alliance Network (LAN). The Academy welcomed three current LAN Members in Italy — Pieri Group, Mapi Roma and Puligien —, reinforcing collaboration, knowledge sharing and long-term value creation within the network.
Looking Ahead
The high level of engagement and positive feedback confirms the effectiveness of this training model. Empowering distributors with skills, vision and advanced tools remains a key investment for Lucart Professional, creating tangible value across the entire supply chain. Work is already underway to ensure continuity of the Academy with future editions, with the goal of continuously innovating content and supporting partners in successfully leading the AFH market.
