From Waste to Value: EcoNatural at the AMRF Congress

The Annual Congress of the Association des Maires Ruraux de France (AMRF) provided an excellent opportunity for our teams to connect with local elected representatives from across the country and discuss the challenges and opportunities surrounding sustainable resource management. As key actors in local development, municipalities play a crucial role in shaping waste collection and recycling systems that benefit both citizens and the environment.

During the event, we presented EcoNatural, our unique range of hygiene products made from recycled beverage cartons. Every carton collected and sorted by residents represents a valuable resource that can re-enter the production cycle instead of becoming waste. By transforming this material into high-quality hygiene products, EcoNatural provides a tangible example of circular economy principles in action.

This model would not be possible without the commitment of local authorities. Through efficient collection, sorting, and waste management policies, municipalities enable valuable materials to be recovered and reintegrated into industrial processes. Their efforts help create a virtuous cycle in which citizens, local communities, waste management operators, and manufacturers all contribute to generating positive environmental outcomes.

Beyond its environmental benefits, the EcoNatural project demonstrates how circular economy initiatives can create economic value at every stage of the chain. What begins as household waste can be transformed into innovative products with a clear market demand, illustrating the potential of recycling to generate new opportunities while reducing the consumption of virgin resources.

Our participation in the AMRF Congress also allowed us to explore how this approach can support the development of new commercial opportunities for our partners. By strengthening collaboration between local authorities, distributors, and end users, we aim to expand the reach of sustainable hygiene solutions while promoting products that embody the principles of responsible consumption and resource efficiency.

More broadly, the discussions held during the congress reinforced a shared conviction: effective waste management is not only an environmental necessity but also a driver of local value creation. Through EcoNatural and our partnership with AMRF, we are committed to supporting communities and partners in building practical circular economy models that transform waste into resources, creating benefits for people, businesses, and the planet alike.
