Gelinde (Germany), May 16, 2025 – During an intensive two-hour product training session at Intek headquarters in Gelinde, Lucart presented its latest innovations and sustainable solutions for the hygiene sector. The goal of the event was to inform, motivate, and prepare Intek’s sales team for the future. Led by Mathias Fabian from Lucart, six sales representatives participated in the training – including two newcomers to the industry. The training not only offered in-depth insights into Lucart’s product range, but also practical product presentations and sales arguments for field sales.
The focus was on the presentation of the new EcoNatural FLOW product line, which stands out with its combination of sustainability, functionality, and design. Participants were able to experience the quality of the products firsthand. Lucart underscored its role as a reliable main supplier and pioneer in the field of sustainable hygiene solutions. The unique EcoNatural concept, which recycles beverage cartons to produce high-quality paper products and dispensers, was presented as an example of a circular economy in action. Samples and dispensers from other product lines were also presented, including soaps, folded paper towels, Identity Autocut, and Texicell.
The strengthening of the collaboration between Lucart and Intek was further enhanced through targeted advice and product knowledge, ensuring that end-customers can also benefit from holistic solutions with real added value. To support customer acquisition, the sales team was introduced to the sale of free test packages, which offer the opportunity to test selected dispensers with refill material free of charge. A Q&A session rounded off the training with individual questions.
In addition, a Lucart dispenser wall is located in the entrance area of Intek, impressively reflecting Lucart’s product diversity. This measure ensures that the sales team can test Lucart’s dispenser in a controlled environment at any time. A sufficient number of EcoNatural folders were provided by the marketing department.
