From Napkins to Nationwide Rollout
Initially, Alver Green had been supplying personalized L-One napkins to Stradale. However, business expansion was limited due to Stradale’s overwhelming demand for L-One napkin dispensers to be provided free of charge. The turning point came with Stradale’s stock exchange listing, which brought sustainability to the forefront of its operational priorities.
Recognizing the moment, Lucart and Alver Green proposed a full-scale rollout of the EcoNatural line, including:
- L-One Maxi for kitchen areas
- Identity System for washrooms, featuring ID Toilet, ID Hands, ID Foam 1000
- EcoNatural refills and Essential Foam for soap
Proven Results, Immediate Action
Over a three-week testing period in Stradale’s kitchens and washrooms, the results were outstanding. The systems delivered significant savings and operational efficiency, prompting Stradale to greenlight the project across all 28 locations without delay.
Strategic Access to High-Value Locations
Beyond the immediate business, the project has unlocked access to previously unreachable venues through Stradale’s catering services. These include:
- The American School and French School, serving over 2,000 students daily from affluent, well-educated families
- Corporate towers housing companies like DELL, ORACLE, and Adecco, where direct supplier access had been impossible
Looking Ahead
The current agreement spans 12 months, but a 24-month extension is under consideration by year-end. More importantly, this collaboration positions Lucart and Alver Green for future high-value contracts in the Bucharest area, where Stradale is considered a benchmark in premium catering and facility services.
